1. Can the offer be used on any item at The Habit Burger Grill?

Yes. The value of the offer can be used toward any item on our menu, including vegetarian options.

2. How do I redeem my CharClub offer?

Redeeming the offer is easy! First, place your order with our team. After you are finished placing your order, show them the barcode (either printed or on your phone) to redeem it. Please be sure to place your full order before showing your barcode to the team. See you soon!

3. What if my email does not populate a barcode?

4. Can I sign up twice or sign up with a shared email address?

In keeping with our “one account per person” terms and conditions, we are unable to accept duplicate memberships. Thank you for your understanding.

5. Can I reuse my CharClub offer on a different visit or share with a friend?

CharClub offers are one-time use offers only.

6. I signed up, but did not receive an email. How can I claim my offer?

Allow 24 hours for your offer to appear in your inbox. Please double check any spam filters or promotional folders you may have. If you have still not received the offer, please contact us here.

7. What if my offer expired?

Thanks for participating in our CharClub promo! Once the offer expires, it is no longer available for use.

8. Can I use it at all Habit locations?

The offer is redeemable at most Habit locations excluding USC, GCU, LAX, UAE, Reno, China and Santa Barbara County Locations.

9. Can I use multiple CharClub offers on one check?

Only one CharClub offer per check, please.
