THE HABIT BURGER GRILL EXPANDS TO HENDERSON WITH THIRD NEVADA LOCATION

Las Vegas (July 1, 2016) – Fresh off the heels of its second Nevada location, The Habit Burger Grill, plans to debut its award-wining Charburgers with a third location in the heart of Henderson.

“The Las Vegas community has welcomed The Habit Burger Grill and our award-winning Charburgers with open arms, and we couldn’t be more pleased,” said Xiaoming Hu of 12 Ventures LLC, a franchisee of The Habit Burger Grill. “The decision to open a third location was based on the overwhelming responses from our fans, including the countless local guests who have asked when The Habit would be opening in their neighborhood. Expanding to the Henderson market was the natural next step for our brand, and we’re excited to open soon.”

The restaurant will feature a total of 117 dining seats, including indoor and patio dining, complete with the California-inspired interior décor. Approximately 40 new jobs will be created to staff the restaurant. The Habit distinguishes itself in the fast casual better burger segment with its signature Charburger, menu variety, genuine hospitality and value. Guests can expect the following when visiting a Habit Burger location:

New Catering Truck To Celebrate National Burger Month With Fundraisers for Reboot To help Veterans Successfully Transition πfrom the Battlefront to the Homefront

(IRVINE, CA) May 16, 2016 – The Habit Burger Grill is launching a new catering truck in San Diego and teaming up with National Veterans Transition Services, Inc. (NVTSI) aka Reboot to help veterans, one juicy bite at a time.

Coinciding with National Burger Month and as a way of introducing its new catering truck, The Habit Burger Grill will be holding five burger events throughout San Diego County with 100% of the proceeds going to NVTSI, a non-profit organization that helps veterans successfully transition from the battlefront to the homefront through a reverse boot-camp called Reboot WorkshopsTM.

At each of these events, The Habit Burger Grill will be offering its signature Charburger, fries and a drink for $5. The Charburger features 100% fresh, never frozen ground beef grilled over an open flame and topped with melted cheese, caramelized onions, mayo, pickles, fresh tomato and crisp lettuce and served on a toasted bun. The Habit has been serving the Best Tasting Burger in America exactly this way since the first restaurant opened in 1969.

NVTSI, founded in 2010, has helped thousands of veterans make the challenging switch back to civilian life through workshops that focus on relearning the civilian culture while using military skills to their advantage. The educational workshops build upon military training and experience while preparing for life after the military. This month, NVTSI introduces their “OPREATION REBOOT” initiative that will match veterans with more than 500 area businesses looking for responsible employees.

THE HABIT BURGER GRILL OPENS IN CAMPBELL

Pre-Opening Fundraiser will benefit Del Mar High School
(IRVINE, CA – January 14, 2016) – The Habit Restaurants, Inc. (Nasdaq: HABT), an Irvine-based restaurant company best known for its award-winning Charburgers, will open a Habit Burger Grill in Campbell at 2000 South Bascom Avenue, across from the Pruneyard Shopping Center. The new Habit will officially open Wednesday, January 20, at 10:30 a.m.
Habit fans will get a preview of the popular menu during a fundraiser on Sunday, January 17, from 5-7 p.m., benefiting Del Mar High School. The Habit will donate 100 percent of all proceeds to the non-profit. The fundraiser is open to the general public, who are encouraged to sign up for the CharClub to be the first to know about new menu items and be invited to other grand opening events (Habitburger.com/CharClub).
“An important part of the Habit’s culture is caring about the communities that we serve,” said Russ Bendel, president and chief executive officer of The Habit Restaurants, Inc. “It’s a Habit tradition to open every new restaurant with a significant fundraiser that has local impact. The Habit will host additional pre-opening events. Free Burger Day will take place Saturday, January 16, from 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. and again 5-7 p.m. The first 250 guests at both time periods will receive a complimentary Charburger, fries and a regular drink. Sunday, January 17, and Tuesday, January 19, from 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. is Free Habit Day. The first 200 people will receive a free chargrilled meal from a preset menu at each time period.
The new Habit Burger Grill in Campbell is more than 2,500-square-feet and accommodates 57 guests. Approximately 35 new jobs have been created to staff the restaurant. The Habit Burger Grill Opening Third Florida Location in Royal Palm Beach

(Nasdaq: HABT), an Irvine-based restaurant company best known for its award-winning Charburgers, will present a $200,000 check on Monday, December 21, 2015 to representatives of Share Our Strength’s No Kid Hungry Campaign® at Quartyard San Diego. With the goal of ending childhood hunger, the new San Diego Habit Burger Grill Catering Truck will be present and serve the public a $5 Charburger Combo from 11 a.m.-2 p.m., with 100 percent of the proceeds supporting the San Diego Hunger Coalition, a local partner of No Kid Hungry.

“Ending childhood hunger in America is something we take seriously,” said Russ Bendel, chief executive officer at The Habit Burger Grill. “Since 2010, The Habit has partnered with No Kid Hungry by donating 100 percent of proceeds from more than 20 grand opening events. We are thrilled to present this check to our friends at No Kid Hungry which will provide children with two million healthy meals.”
The funds were raised by The Habit Burger Grill during the month of September. Thousands of guests at more than 125 Habit locations nationwide made donations to benefit No Kid Hungry, and in return received a certificate to enjoy a complimentary Charburger with cheese.

THE HABIT BURGER GRILL OPENS IN CERRITOS

Pre-Opening Fundraiser will benefit
Gahr High School AVID Program
(IRVINE, CA – December 2, 2015) – The Habit Restaurants, Inc. (Nasdaq: HABT), an Irvine-based restaurant company best known for its award-winning Charburgers, will open a Habit Burger Grill at Plaza 183, located at 11257 183rd St. in Cerritos. The new Habit will officially open Wednesday, December 9, at 10:30 a.m.
Habit fans will get a preview of the popular menu during a fundraiser on Sunday, December 6, from 5-7 p.m., benefiting Gahr High School AVID Program. AVID (Advancement Via Individual Determination) is a seventh through twelfth grade program that prepares students in the academic middle for admission to a four-year college or university. The Habit will donate 100 percent of all proceeds to the program. The fundraiser is open to the general public, who are encouraged to sign up for the CharClub to be the first to know about new menu items and be invited to other grand opening events (Habitburger.com/CharClub).
