HABIT NOTICE OF FINANCIAL INCENTIVE
We offer programs that may constitute a “financial incentive” which rewards consumers with exclusive offers and treats, personalized experiences, and rewards for making qualifying purchases or engaging in other activities, such as creating an account on our platform, signing-up for our marketing email and text messaging programs, and other limited-time promotional campaigns. We collect personal information in connection with providing these rewards programs to consumers, which are described in our Privacy Policy (“WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU?”). Additional details about the operation of these programs are described in the chart below and are subject to change. Additionally, inferences which may be drawn from any of the below categories of personal information to create a profile about our consumer’s preferences, characteristics, trends, predispositions, behavior, attitudes, and response to new products.
In general, we estimate that the value of the personal information we collect through the programs below is less than the value of the incentives offered to consumer. The value of the incentives provided pursuant to the programs can vary greatly by individual and depends on various factors, including as applicable: the benefit and insights that we realize and expect to realize when you continue to use our Services; sales directly or indirectly generated from participation in each program; whether the sales generated by the program exceed the cost to us of offering the program; how many users sign up for the program; and increased goodwill towards us. We will not discriminate against you for opting out of any program, but we may offer incentives and promotions that are not available outside of participation in the programs described in the chart below.

Sell, Sharing, Or Disclosure Of Consumer Data
Habit will not sell, share, or otherwise disclose consumer data to any third party except as described in our privacy policy. Your loyalty program information may be shared with our Affiliates and Brands. Currently Habit does not collect sensitive data to create an account or to receive personalized or non-personalized Habit marketing.
Habit may provide the option to sync your account to third party websites to participate in promotional and marketing engagements. Once you have synced your account to a third-party website your personal information will be shared with that third party.
Account Deletion
You have the right to withdraw from these programs at any time and may do so by following the instructions in the chart above. However, please note that your withdrawal may be delayed due to technical restrictions.
In the event you choose to delete your account you will no longer be able to receive program benefits such as personalized incentives. You may delete your account while logged into your account on a mobile device or our website. In the event you choose to delete your account you may still receive transactional emails regarding password and account information and unrelated marketing communications that you may have signed up for until such time as you withdraw from the program by following the instructions in the chart above.
Children’s Privacy
Habit does not knowingly collect or solicit any loyalty program information from children or teens under the age of 16, and we request that individuals under the age of 16 not provide us with personal information. In the event we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child or teen under the age of 16, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.

Updates to this Notice We will update this Notice from time to time. When we make changes to this Notice, we will change the “Last
Updated” date at the beginning of this Notice. All changes shall be effective from the date of publication unless otherwise provided in the notification.
