Our team hit the classroom for the 13th annual Force In Training (FIT) Day on October 27, 2026! We joined the California Restaurant Foundation to help high school students practice interviewing, build job-ready skills and feel more confident taking their first steps into the workforce. Proud of our volunteers for making a difference!

On one day, 150 hospitality and Wells Fargo volunteers helped ProStart students across 54 California high schools get ready for their first jobs and first paychecks. Hospitality industry volunteers led mock interviews and shared career tips, while financial literacy volunteers taught students the basics of managing money and understanding a paycheck.

“At Habit Burger & Grill, we believe that empowering the next generation is one of the most impactful ways we can serve our local communities. Partnering with California ProStart for the Force in Training day allows us to actively invest in young people, providing them with the essential tools, confidence, and career opportunities they need to thrive in tomorrow’s workforce. We aren’t just preparing these students for a job—we are helping them build a foundation for a successful future,” said Stacy, Social Purpose Team chair at Habit.
