How do I know if I qualify for a franchise?
Qualified franchise candidates should have access to substantial liquid capital to meet the development obligations of multiple restaurants in the market you are requesting to develop, have the dedicated resources and infrastructure to operate the restaurants, have experience in construction oversight and developing real estate, have a strong knowledge of financial and social market trends, product distribution, governmental laws and ordinances. What experience do I need to open a Habit Burger Grill?
Our franchise partners should have significant current successful business experience owning and operating multiple restaurants. It is preferable that the restaurant experience includes franchised restaurants, or U.S. brand restaurants, in the fast-casual or full-service sector.
How long is the approval process?

Does the habit burger grill offer multi-restaurant area development agreements?
The Habit Burger Grill does offer development agreements in both domestic and international markets, and almost all franchise relationships are entered into with an area development agreement.
Once approved as a franchisee and a development agreement has been signed, how long will I have to build my Habit Burger Grill restaurants?

Am I required to live in or near the territory I am interested in developing?
Typically, we require that franchise operators reside and have business in the market they wish to develop.
What is the franchise fee?
Franchise owners are required to pay an initial franchise fee of $35,000 per location. This fee is payable upon signing the Franchise Agreement.
How much will I pay in royalties fees and marketing fees?
The current royalty fee is 5.5% of gross sales. The marketing contribution could be up to 4.5% of gross sales.
How much money can I make?
The Federal Trade Commission and various state franchise sales regulations do not allow us to provide specific profit projections. The amount of money you may make will depend on many factors, including the location of your restaurant, traffic flow, local marketing and advertising, the cost of your investment and other important factors such as the ability to operate and manage your restaurants effectively.
