MyHabit Challenges Terms & Conditions

Challenge #1

Challenge Period 7/8/26 – 7/21/26
Challenge: Complete 1 $10 minimum purchase

Must be a MyHabit member, in good standing, logged into the Habit Burger & Grill website or mobile app to participate in the MyHabit Challenges (the “Challenge”). The Challenge begins 7/8/26 and ends 7/21/26 (the “Challenge Period”).

Upon receipt of an email invitation to the Challenge, the MyHabit member must opt into the Challenge through the link provided, and complete one (1) transaction while logged into the MyHabit member’s account on the Habit Burger & Grill website or mobile app amounting to a subtotal of at least $10 (the “Qualifying Purchase”). The subtotal for the Qualifying Purchase will be calculated after all discounts and promotional offers have been applied to the transaction, and excluding any taxes, tips, delivery charges, service fees, and/or any other fees for the transaction. The Qualifying Purchase will be accumulated for the MyHabit account opted into the Challenge and cannot be transferred or collected under other or multiple accounts.

The following transactions will not qualify as a Qualifying Purchase for this Challenge:

  • Purchases made prior to opting into the Challenge through the Challenge link provided;
  • Purchases made without being logged into the associated MyHabit account;
  • Purchases made in stores, whether at a register, drive-thru, or kiosk, even if the MyHabit member is logged in;
  • Orders placed through third-party delivery service platforms;
  • Orders placed through third-party catering service platforms;
  • Transactions completed outside the Challenge Period for the MyHabit member; and
  • Transactions that are canceled, refunded, reversed, fraudulent, incomplete, or otherwise not successfully processed.

MyHabit members who complete the Qualifying Purchase shall be issued one (1) coupon (“Reward”). Rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value. Reward must be claimed 7 days after issuance or will be forfeited. Reward expires 21 days after being claimed and added to the associated MyHabit account. Limit 1 Reward per eligible MyHabit member.

Reward may be redeemed for the MyHabit member’s choice of a Charburger or Veggie Burger, subject to the Reward Terms & Conditions.

Habit is not responsible for acts outside of its control, including, without limitation, electronic, network or computer failures or malfunctions, or any hardware, software or technical errors of any kind. No substitutions, cash equivalents, or transfer of the Reward is permitted except at Habit’s sole discretion; Habit reserves the right to substitute the Reward with an item of comparable or greater value. Participation in the Challenge is subject to the Habit Burger & Grill’s Terms of Use at https://www.habitburger.com/terms-conditions. Any individual who attempts to participate with multiple email addresses or under multiple identities will be disqualified, in Habit’s discretion. Habit reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the operation of the Challenge or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Habit reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or extend the Challenge in Habit’s sole discretion. Habit’s decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Challenge. Void where prohibited.

 

Challenge #2

Must be a MyHabit member, in good standing, logged into the Habit Burger & Grill website or mobile app to participate in the MyHabit Challenges (the “Challenge”). The Challenge begins 7/8/26 and ends 8/6/26 (the “Challenge Period”).

Must be a MyHabit member, in good standing, logged into the Habit Burger & Grill website or mobile app to participate in the MyHabit Challenges (the “Challenge”). The Challenge begins 7/8/26 and ends 8/6/26 (the “Challenge Period”).

Upon receipt of an email invitation to the Challenge, the MyHabit member must opt into the Challenge through the link provided, and complete two (2) separate transactions during the Challenge Period while logged into the MyHabit member’s account on the Habit Burger & Grill website or mobile app, with each transaction amounting to a subtotal of at least $10 (each a “Qualifying Purchase”). The subtotal for each Qualifying Purchase will be calculated after all discounts and promotional offers have been applied to the transaction, and excluding any taxes, tips, delivery charges, service fees, and/or any other fees for the transaction. The Qualifying Purchases will be accumulated for the MyHabit account opted into the Challenge and cannot be transferred or collected under other or multiple accounts. The MyHabit member must complete two (2) separate Qualifying Purchases in order to complete the Challenge, and completing fewer than two (2) Qualifying Purchases during the Challenge Period, regardless of the subtotal of such transaction, will not satisfy the Challenge requirements.

The following transactions will not qualify as a Qualifying Purchase for this Challenge:
